Registration of Trademarks

September 3rd

The Navicode Registry will begin accepting Trademark Registrations commencing on September 3rd.
During this period trade or service mark holders may file an application with the Registry to register a Navicode which their company holds the rights to. The fee for this service is $45 per navicode, and includes the first years registration fee.

Start Process: Registration of Trademarks or other name properties can be commenced using the form below, trademarks filed in the United States or the European Union are NOT required to supply documentation, however, trademarks from other regions are required to submit documentation supporting their application. This documentation is required prior to completion of the process. Failure to submit the appropriate documentation will result in cancellation of the process and will not result in a refund of the fee.
